Shivram founded Aspect Ratio in 2001 after working with an IT Consulting company in Boston MA. He is a strong believer in the work ethic of ‘under-promise and over deliver’.
Shivram has been teaching Data Analytics and IT Strategy Courses at different Business Schools in India including The Indian Institute of Management at Indore (IIM-I) and Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) and Symbiosis Center for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD).
In his previous life Shivram has been a wildlife photographer and amateur astronomer.

Overseeing a diverse set of responsibilities, Ali has been with Aspect Ratio since 2012.
Having worked extensively in analytics, Ali specializes in forecasting, patient level data analytics, text analytics, and contract pricing among others. Prior to Aspect Ratio, he worked with Cognizant’s Analytics Practice.
Ali completed his Bachelors and Masters in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
When not behind the screen managing work related responsibilities, he is right back behind the screen building financial models or programming. He is an avid traveller who also loves experiencing different genres of music. When asked to pick between coffee on one hand and all types of desserts on the other, his response promptly was “Put your hands together!”.

Pallavi’s leads the Therapy Area Focus vertical within the Competitive Intelligence team. Her responsibilities include monitoring commercial and research developments in numerous therapy areas, a host of competitor benchmarking activities, and competitive landscaping.
Since joining in 2017, Pallavi has been recognized for successfully piloting the Competitive Intelligence project at Aspect Ratio.
Her educational background includes an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Indian School of Business (Hyderabad, India), and a B.Pharm and M. Pharm from the Manipal University (Manipal, India).
Her previous stint includes 6 years at Lupin Ltd. and Novartis, where she oversaw various roles in relation to intellectual property management, competitive intelligence, forecasting, and brand insights.
Her belief lays firmly in telling impactful stories through data, which helps generate insightful analytics for clients that may be used to solve ambiguous problems.

Albeit at first glance, one may not connect the above profile with Eeshan, as he hails from a civil engineering background. With a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from one of the most reputed engineering colleges, for a leading Indian real estate firm Eeshan was monumental in developing tactical plans and coordinating with multiple contractors to ensure quick turnaround times and supreme quality assurance. Eeshan went on to acquire his M.B.A. from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (Pune, India).

Tejas Rajendra Kondedeshmukh, a.ka. The Oil Baron, well ‘Oil Automation Baron’ as he is fondly called to be more sincere. At just 21 years old, Tejas was responsible for overseeing numerous automation implementations at 400 petrol pumps and 8 oil terminals for Indian Oil. How many people get to say they were managing teams in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh when they resigned at the age of 25? Tejas can!
Following his Indian Oil stint, Tejas brought his astute managerial skills to the Global Commercial Assessment department at Aspect Ratio. Under his charge the team was recognized by clients and senior management alike for their superior quality and quick turnaround times. It didn’t take long for Tejas to be promoted to Team Lead for the GCA division, with his added responsibilities including client interactions to understand business requirements and optimizations for even quicker deliveries. His efforts have earned him multiple five-star awards on several key projects.
Don’t let his humble ‘greasy’ beginnings fool you, this one is a sharp dresser! In 2019 Tejas was awarded the ‘Best Dressed Award’, an achievement he promptly dedicated to his wife. When he’s not winning awards on the ramp, he’s piling them up in foosball tournaments.
Tejas holds a BTech in Instrumentation Engineering along with an MBA in Operations.

A consultant within the Global Competitive Intelligence team, Shailendra’s responsibilities include understanding client requirements and providing support in various analyses pertaining to real world evidence. He is also frequently consulted with regards to Pricing and Affordability analysis.
With a Bachelors in Information Technology and MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Indore, Shailendra was an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). During his tenure at TCS, on account of his communication and reasoning skills Shailendra was honored with ‘Best Trainee’.
The achievements didn’t stop there. At Aspect Ratio it didn’t take long for Shailendra to win an award for the best algorithm in the ‘K-Means Clustering Challenge’. His win didn’t come as a surprise, as this is the guy who is found solving complex puzzles and problems in his downtime.

Sudarshan operates as a Team Lead for the US Data SMIE team. It didn’t take long for Sudarshan to gain recognition at Aspect Ratio for his implementation of the Monte Carlo simulation in Spotfire/R, with a highly optimized simulation time.
He boasts an impressive set of qualifications, from an equally impressive set of universities. He acquired a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology (Manipal, India), and followed it up with a MBA/PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management (Indore, India).
An avid cricket fan, Sudarshan enjoys endurance running, traveling, and trekking.
